With over 18 years of leadership experience in Alumni Relations, Sarah has expertise in developing and delivering successful engagement programs in both mature and younger advancement operations within Australia.  As Deputy Director Alumni Relations, heading up the Alumni Relations program at the University of Melbourne, Sarah is responsible for strategy development and implementation to engage a global alumni community of over 450,000 alumni in the life of the University. 

Along with an amazing team of Advancement professionals at Melbourne, Sarah has driven a public alumni engagement target as part of the successful Believe campaign which concluded at the end of 2021. The campaign raised over $1 billion while engaging over 100,000 individual alumni as ambassadors, volunteers and donors. 

Coupled with her experience heading up Alumni Relations for Victoria University and William Angliss Institute, Sarah also has an extensive corporate background in recruitment and HR, both in Australia and the UK.
